We want you to absolutely love the way your photos and edits look with our presets.
If something doesn’t feel right or you’re having trouble getting the results you expected, don’t worry — we’re here to help!

💻 Digital products

All LrPresets products are digital downloads (Lightroom presets, LUTs, guides, etc.).
Once a file has been purchased and downloaded, it cannot be returned or refunded, since digital items can’t be “sent back.”
This policy helps protect our creative work and ensures fair use for everyone.

✨ Exceptions

We want every experience with LrPresets to be smooth and fair.
In rare cases, we may issue a refund at our discretion if:

• You accidentally placed a duplicate order

• You received the wrong files

• There’s a technical issue preventing you from accessing your download

If that happens, just send us an email with your order number and details — we’ll review it personally and make sure you’re taken care of.
